Installation & Troubleshooting

Before you install DarkMatter Full Install, you will want to create a MySQL User Account on your Host.
The DarkMatter Full Install Will ask for the Host, User, Password and Database Name during the installation process. You can download the plugin separately here and add it manually if you have a pre-existing WordPress Installation.

The Plugin doesn’t work?
Check your file permissions.

chmod -R 755 /var/www/html/wordpress/wp-content/plugins/darkmatter

chmod -R 644 /var/www/html/wordpress/wp-content/plugins/darkmatter/*.php

Cannot access database?

Have you configured a MySQL User account?
Check your Username and Password.
Check your Database Connection.
